There are people who work out on a regular basis without listening to music. The sad part is that most of these people do not know what they are missing out on. If you do not think that music can help you during your work out you should try exercising with motivation at least once so that you can see the difference. We should mention that a workout without motivation music is less efficient than one with motivation music. When you listen to the music you like you forget about the fatigue and the pain you feel and you work out more.
