He has advised businesses and individuals in enforcement actions and investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Institute Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and state agencies, including the Connecticut Department of Banking.
