Loan is a thing which is borrowed from someone in advance and you have to return it to that person from whom you are borrowing it. Usually that thing is money which you borrow in advance and then often people return it with interest. Islam has given clear guidelines related to loan and being a Muslim, we should follow these guidelines so that we can properly proceed the procedure of giving and taking loan in Islamic ways. Islam has strictly prohibited interest and any person who is taking or returning the money with interest, is doing a major sin which is not forgivable in Islam.
