Beetroot, also described as merely Beet, is an origin vegetable with the Latin name of Beta vulgaris. It is from the plant household Chenopodiaceae. A typical veggie in salads, the origin of the Beetroot is crimson to purple in colour as well as is exceptionally high in several nutrients, minerals and anti-oxidants.
