I’ve read your metabolism can change after childbirth. Soon after looking at by your postings I feel a number of my concern is likely to be the quantity of fruit I’m taking in.. i:e Bananas in the morning and an afternoon snack of apples and peanut butter. Maybe I’m snacking too much on cheese? Oh I’m just so discouraged. I’m hoping immediately after this 7 days, since I’m above staying sick and w
