First off, some plans ready not know what lootfilter is. lootfilter is an addon for World of Warcraft that deletes looted items you actually configure it to get rid of. This is legal to run and won't get you banned if you'd like to apply it for regular play/farming. The main use for lootfilter would make sure you have plenty of bagspace for products you wish to farm, not the grey items you vendor.
