Heh heh. I sunburned and windchapped and have a nasty bruise on my heel (in addition to many other places) making it difficult to walk.
But I think I improved quite a bit. Typical freewheels come in 5 to 7 speed versions, and cassettes are 8/9/10/11 speed, with few exceptions.
